D500/D800 Disintegrator
- 'D' series machines are designed to reduce medium/soft clays, moist clays and shales.
- Possible alternative to wet or dry grinding mills.
- Fitted with large slow roll with smooth renewable shell.
- Small fast roll incorporates renewable breaker bars.
- Feed size of 100 - 150mm is accepted with an output of 2mm (depending on gap and bar settings).
N.B. a controlled uniform feed of material is required.
Output: 60 - 80 tonnes per hour (depending on raw material, gap setting and feed system).
